burning question: when did age start creeping up on you?
See this face? It's the coveted translucent complexion of Miss Gemma Ward, one of the world's highest-paid models. Smooth, poreless and wrinkle-free, it's the kind of seemingly ageless face many of us aspire to. And as it turns out, those of us concerned about aging are younger than ever: A new report says people in the 25 to 30 age group are increasingly interested in anti-aging creams, potions and supplements. This got me thinking about when I started hitting the anti-aging bottle. My skin was in pretty good shape through most of my twenties but when I turned 27/28 I noticed my pores were getting slightly larger and those first little lines around my eyes were creeping in. That's when I started using eye cream and being diligent about sun protection. And now in my early thirties, I've added a nighttime moisturizer – something I skipped in my twenties because my skin was more oily.
So where do you fit in this spectrum: when did your age start creeping up on you? Or are you not concerned about it?
